NeverGhost ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered booking confirmation and research calling service operated by Tech with Adeola, registered in the United Kingdom.

We are committed to protecting the personal data of our users and their clients in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We collect only the information necessary to provide and improve our services:

• Account data: your full name, email address, business or organisation name, phone number, and country.
• Client and participant data: names, phone numbers, appointment details, or study participant information that you upload to the platform.
• Call data: call duration, outcome, and AI-generated summaries from outbound calls made on your behalf.
• Usage data: features used, login timestamps, IP address, and browser type — used solely for security and platform improvement.
• Payment data: billing is handled entirely by Stripe. We never store, see, or process card numbers.

• To provide and operate the NeverGhost platform on your behalf.
• To place AI phone calls to your clients or study participants as instructed by you.
• To send you account notifications, approval emails, and service updates.
• To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
• To improve the quality, performance, and reliability of our platform.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to providing the service.

When you upload contact information to NeverGhost — whether client bookings or research participants — you act as the data controller for that data. NeverGhost acts as a data processor on your behalf.

By using the platform, you confirm that:

• You have a lawful basis to contact these individuals by telephone.
• You have obtained any necessary consents required under PECR, UK GDPR, or applicable local law.
• For research participants: you have obtained informed consent and any required institutional ethics approval prior to placing calls.

Call records are retained for up to 180 days for quality assurance. You may request deletion at any time.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only with the trusted service providers listed below, each bound by appropriate data processing agreements:

Data passed to Anthropic for the in-dashboard support chatbot is limited to the current session only and does not include your client data.

We apply industry-standard technical and organisational security measures including:

• TLS 1.2+ encryption for all data in transit.
• Row-level security on our database — each account can only access its own data.
• Server-side credential management — API keys and sensitive configuration are never exposed to the browser.
• Regular access control reviews and least-privilege principles.

No method of internet transmission is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security against all threats.

• Account data is retained for as long as your account is active, plus 90 days after closure for legal compliance.
• Call transcripts and outcomes are retained for up to 180 days, after which they are automatically deleted.
• Payment records are retained by Stripe in accordance with their own data retention policies and applicable financial regulations.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting hello@techwithadeola.com. We will action verified requests within 30 days.
