By creating a NeverGhost account or using the service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use NeverGhost. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and NeverGhost, operated by Tech with Adeola.
NeverGhost is an AI-powered booking confirmation platform that makes automated phone calls, sends SMS messages, and sends emails to your clients to confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments. The service integrates with third-party providers including Vapi AI, Twilio, and Resend.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use NeverGhost. The service is for business use only. By signing up you confirm that you are using the service for a legitimate business purpose.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@techwithadeola.com of any unauthorised use of your account. All accounts require admin approval before access is granted.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to contact your clients using AI calls, SMS, and email. You must comply with all applicable laws including UK GDPR, PECR, and any local telecommunications regulations. NeverGhost acts as a data processor on your behalf — you are the data controller.
Each plan includes a monthly AI call allowance. Unused calls do not roll over. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that exceed limits, show unusual usage patterns, or use the service in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
All plans are billed monthly. A 7-day free trial is available on all plans with a valid payment method. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Vapi, Twilio, Supabase), and events beyond our control may affect availability. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.
All content, code, and branding within NeverGhost is owned by Tech with Adeola or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission. You retain ownership of your own data and client data.
NeverGhost is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, that AI call outcomes will meet your expectations, or that all calls will be successfully connected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeverGhost and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost revenue, lost clients, or data loss. Our total liability to you in any month shall not exceed the amount you paid us in that month.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in illegal activity, or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to other users or to us. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
